Depending on how you interact with Chef Ami, Klaviyo may receive contact information, email preferences, subscription status, email engagement data, and other information used to manage our email communications.

3.3. Analytics and Advertising Partners

We use analytics tools and marketing pixels, including tools such as Meta/Facebook technologies, to understand website performance, measure marketing effectiveness, and deliver or support targeted advertising. 3.4. Delivery and Routing Operations

Chef Ami handles deliveries in-house, but we use WorkWave to manage and optimize delivery routes. We may share delivery-related information, such as your name, delivery address, contact information, order-related delivery details, and delivery instructions, with WorkWave for this operational purpose.

3.5. Communications Providers

We use RingCentral to manage customer service phone calls and SMS/text message communications. RingCentral may process contact information, phone numbers, call information, SMS/text message content, communication logs, and related records necessary to provide these communication services.

3.6. Legal, Compliance, and Protection Purposes

We may disclose personal information if required by law, regulation, legal process, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is appropriate to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Chef Ami, our customers, our personnel, or others.

Consent to receive promotional text messages is not required to purchase products or services from Chef Ami.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message you receive from us. For help, you may reply “HELP” or contact us using the information in the “Contact Us” section below.

After you opt out, we may send a confirmation message confirming your opt-out. We may also continue to send communications where permitted or required by law, including communications necessary to complete a transaction or respond to a request you initiated.
